Metaverse content creator startup Brave Turtles is a game studio specializing in the metaverse and social game development, with a mission to connect, engage, and entertain people through metaverse games. As the first release, the fashion styling battle game RUNWAY Z was released on November 29th on ZEPETO, a global metaverse platform with more than 300 million total subscribers.

RUNWAY Z recorded 1 million visitors within a week of its launch and showed the highest visit rate among all ZEPETO Worlds during the same period. In addition, it recorded more than 7 million visitors within one month of its release, quickly gaining high popularity and becoming the No.1 metaverse world in ZEPETO with the highest number of user visits, also setting the record with the longest gameplay time per user among ZEPETO Worlds. The revisit rate was also very high, which established RUNWAY Z as the global ZEPETO users’ most beloved world.

RUNWAY Z is a fashion universe (world) that embodies the experience of being a model and designer at the same time, putting your model on the actual runway in the metaverse. It provides more than 5,000 fashion items with more than 100 runway themes and decorative items to give a sense of immersion that surpasses the experience of a real fashion show. Players participating in this world can freely style their avatars following fashion themes and also decorate the runway stage. On the runway stage, the players can decorate even the details such as how their models walk, pose, the stage camera angles, and production effects. Set in a tournament format, the winner is determined by the participants’ voting. A total of eight people can enjoy the multi-play function, and the users can communicate with each other and use various emojis to express themselves while enjoying the runway. In addition, RUNWAY Z provides “after-party world” and photo booth functions so the users can dress up their models in various themes such as magazine covers, finales, and other concepts, and share them with other users on social media.
