Andromeda Entertainment provides a full suite of global publishing services to those creating transformative #XR content. We currently focus on supporting developers in bringing their experiences to exciting emergent platforms worldwide and have helped nine teams launch and maintain IPs on most major VR platforms, including Meta, Steam, Viveport, Springboard, YVR, Huawei, NOLO, iQIYI, PlayStation VR, Pico, and more.
Founded in 2019, Andromeda Entertainment is the first publisher to super-serve the growing interest in mindfulness and wellness with transformative content and virtual entertainment experiences. Since our 2020 commercial release of SoundSelf, a "technodelic" meditation via harmonic visuals, Andromeda Entertainment has pushed the boundaries of immersion & transcendence. Throughout its development, SoundSelf earned a glowing reception from mindfulness practitioners and consumers in the medical market, leading its developer Robin Arnott to produce a TEDx talk on designing video games for a mindful world. In addition, Andromeda continued to partner with leading contributors in the fields between mental wellness and cutting-edge technology, giving demonstrations at events, including the Psychedelic Science Summit and PAX West.
Andromeda merged its transformative ideals with the popular rhythm game genre and produced Audio Trip, developed by Kinemotic Studios. Audio Trip is a dance-focused title built by a real professional dancer to deliver a uniquely embodied experience, becoming a global success in the VR market. More than just a game, Audio Trip has been rated an exercise equivalent to tennis according to the Virtual Reality Institute of Health and Exercise, proving Andromeda as a force in both mental and physical wellness.
In 2022, Andromeda Entertainment expanded its offerings to nine made-for-VR titles (up from three in 2021) to focus on supporting developers to launch on exciting emergent platforms.
