What The Duck

WHAT THE DUCK is an action-adventure RPG that takes place in a world where every person has a spirit animal, and some individuals are capable of summoning these creatures. Amidst powerful animals like Tigers and Dragons, you play as the guy who has a Duck.

The game follows the journey of Illy Bavent, an ordinary, mundane, and not very intelligent young man who works at a grocery store in a small village. Bored by the monotony of everyday life and a platonic love interest, Illy concludes that his life needs a shake-up and decides to discover how to summon his spirit animal (the Duck).

In search of Professor Drunken to learn how to summon his animal, Illy meets Hellen, who is on a quest for personal vengeance. Amid a terrible incident, they set out together on a journey through the provinces of the Empire to uncover what lies behind this event.
