As a creative partner, Rabbit's Foot (Rabbit’s Foot Studios) collaborated with Vertigo Games and Deep Silver to produce the announcement trailer for “Metro Awakening" which was unveiled to the world during Sony’s State of Play showcase.
Metro Awakening is an all-new, blockbuster, VR game set in the post-apocalyptic Metro universe immersing fans in the highly atmospheric, fear inducing, post-apocalyptic world of Metro, as made famous by the award winning novels of author Dmitry Glukhovsky. As an immersive, story-driven, first-person action stealth shooter VR Game, Metro Awakening takes players on a journey through the Metro’s deepest and most dangerous tunnels, where players will face and conquer death itself in order to fulfil their destiny.
Creating the announcement trailer for Metro Awakening posed unique challenges, particularly in transitioning a highly regarded and beloved franchise into the realm of virtual reality.
