BREU:Shadow Hunt

BREU: Shadow Hunt is the sequel of an inclusive thriller interactive-fiction audio game, that can be played both by blind and sighted players. The game was funded by Itau Cultural and Endorphine Records.

Run from creatures moving in a grid based fashion style while playing this "choose your own adventure" game. Embark on a treasure hunt to help Marco finding his missing grandfather.
Live as Marco, a young and skilled blind man, who decides to look for his grandfather after his disapearance. Upon learning that his hat was found, Marco leaves to look up for clues, finding out that he needs to head towards the woods.

In BREU: Shadow Hunt fend the creatures on the loose that are spread across the city as Marco, our main character, advances deeper and deeper into the woods, where unimaginable dangers and surprising discoveries awaits him.
In the game, navigate through different areas while you look for clues left from your grandfather in a treasure hunt. Make new friends, escape the creatures that chases you, and live to the end to find out what is happening in this town.

Vaz Soundworks team of 24 people (including VO actors, composer, music producers and musicians) worked hard to deliver around 1 hour of original soundtrack recorded live with string quintet, piano, synths and percussion from musicians all over Brazil. Also, the studio was in charge of the localization for both Portuguese and English versions, producing around 3000 VO lines, casting and directing seasoned VO artists from the game industry like Lani Minella, Tim Simmons and TV like Evaldo Macarrão and Leandro Villa.
